We are only as good as the people who represent us, so we offer the best training at all business levels.

Fully Funded Development Training

We offer fully funded training to support the development of all of our staff. This training is unique to each member, depending on their roles and needs. The qualifications can be gained through many ways, these include:

  • Day courses
  • Short courses
  • Apprenticeships

Site training

Before our staff enter a site, they are trained to the highest standard and must hold the industry qualifications to perform their roles effectively and safely. Qualifications include:

  • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
  • NVQs (up to Level 6 Construction Site Management)
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • CPCS
  • Leading Edge – Working at Height Powered Vacuum Lifters
  • IPAF
  • PASMA
  • First Aid at Work
